David Cohen, MD

Dr. David Cohen, MD, is a highly qualified interventional cardiologist practicing at Sierra Vista Medical Group in Sierra Vista, AZ. With extensive education and training, Dr. Cohen obtained his MD from the University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School in 1989. He also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Arizona. Dr. Cohen further specialized in interventional cardiology and cardiology through fellowships at Good Samaritan Hospital and the University of California, San Diego, respectively. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Cohen is certified in both Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease. With a focus on internal medicine and interventional cardiology, Dr. Cohen provides exceptional care to his patients, specializing in general cardiology, arrhythmias, stress tests, heart monitors, cardiac interventions (angioplasty, stents, laser and rotational atherectomy) and device implants (pacemaker, loop recorders, etc.). He practiced in the Los Angeles area for approximately 25 years and in 2021, relocated to AZ. His hobbies include cycling and travel.
